In Grand Teton National Park, it’s easy to get distracted by the world-class views, but don’t miss these hotels, restaurants, activities and camping in the park.
1. Jackson Lake Lodge

Why stay: It’s a 385-room lodge with hotel rooms and cottages, a heated swimming pool and several restaurants in the middle of Grand Teton National Park, giving you a classic national park experience.
Little-known fact: On the lodge’s front terrace, U.S. Secretary of State James Baker and Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze signed a statement of peace and friendship in 1989, which helped lead to the end of the Cold War. The lodgepole pine table, made in the lodge’s carpenter shop for the signing, is in the Upper Lobby area.

Why go: Go on a scenic cruise on Jackson Lake where you’ll fuel up on great views.
Main attraction: Being out on Jackson Lake gives you a whole different perspective.

Why go: Wind down with a cocktail after a day in the park at this casual lounge with outdoor deck seating in the Jackson Lake Lodge.
Little-known fact: The National Park Foundation named this the “best watering hole” for humans in the park.
4. Pioneer Grill

Why go: Travel back in time at this 1950s-style restaurant in the Jackson Lake Lodge that serves American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Main attraction: The huckleberry milkshake is legendary among those in the know.
5. Colter Bay Village Camping, Cabins and More

Why stay: Sleep in historic refurbished homesteader cabins relocated from various places in Wyoming, stay in tent cabins, pull your RV into one of 112 RV spaces or pitch your tent in the campground.
Effective early 2021, all camping in Grand Teton National Park is reservation only at recreation.gov with the exception of Colter Bay RV Park and Colter Bay Tent Village. These two are run by the Grand Teton Lodging Company and you can make your reservations for these two campgrounds through gtlc.com
Main attraction: Stay here on the shore of Jackson Lake for an affordable vacation with access to a general store, kayaking, horseback riding and beyond.
6. Jenny Lake Lodge

Why go: Luxury awaits here in the form of three types of cabins with incredible access to hiking trails and a five-course restaurant with a sophisticated menu that changes nightly.
Little-known fact: Cruiser bikes are complimentary and allow you to explore the area on two wheels.
7. Mural Dining Room

Why go: Tucked in the Jackson Lake Lodge, this fine-dining room offers authentic western cuisine.
Main attraction: Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer views of the Tetons.
Tip: Indoor dining will be limited for summer 2021. Reservations are required for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
8. Snake River Wild and Scenic Rafting

Why go: See Grand Teton National Park from a totally different perspective on a wild and scenic raft trip that takes you down 10 miles of the Snake River.
