Incident Overview: Due to fire activity, the Bear area evacuation level has been elevated to Level 3 – GO.  Cuprum remains in a Level 3 – GO evacuation status.*The Oxbow Fire has merged with the Limepoint fire at mid-slope in Indian Creek.No structures have been lost, but many remain threatened throughout the Cuprum area and to the southeast in the Bear area.  The threat to Cuprum and Bear is if the fire crosses over the then circles back around from the north toward Cuprum and Bear.  The focus of efforts remains on preventing the fire from moving into Cuprum, while also focusing on structures in Indian Creek near the Kleinschmidt Road junction.  Firefighters on the ground have aerial resources available to assist in the efforts.The Payette Fire Restrictions area is under Stage 1 Fire Restrictions.  Campfires are only allowed in designated sites.  For more information click this link or visit the Idaho fires Restrictions website at: https://www.idl.idaho.gov/fire-management/fire-restrictions-finder/
