Going-to-the-Sun Road reopened

WEST GLACIER, Mont. [September 12, 2024] – The Going-to-the-Sun Road was reopened this morning after park officials made the proactive decision to close it at 9 pm on September 11 due to forecasted moderate to heavy rain showers and thunderstorms that made the area susceptible to mudslides and falling rock. https://www.nps.gov/glac/learn/news/going-to-the-sun-road-reopened.htm
